This 100 hour training is for yoga teachers and practitioners to learn from three skilled teachers how to take care of one’s body through the practice of Yoga.
Topics will include:
*Anusara principles of alignment
*Thai massage techniques
*ball work for muscle and joints
*Yoga philosophy and wisdom
My portion includes:
*the anatomy that lives in our body
*movement ranges and potentials
*how the body does what it does
This course will provide you with the needed resources to live fully and responsibly in your body.
The trainings will take place at Pure Yoga West (204 West 77th Street at Amsterdam Avenue) on the following weekends:Jan 17-19
