These online programs are an opportunity and an invitation to cultivate your asana practice. The physical practice is an access point to a deeper integration and expression, it is a method for greater self awareness. We need fuel to stay inspired and we also need clarity. We need support and guidance to better see what movement patterns are potentially holding us back or need to be awakened. In order to do so, this program will focus on breaking down more complex actions and finding the balance between expanding range and gaining strength. This program will support participants by facilitating their own self exploration. We will focus on one part of the body at a time all the while staying tethered to the wholeness that Yoga reveals.  Choose between two course tracks, Supportive Waters for therapeutic students or those newer to the Anusara Yoga practice or Deep Dive for long time practitioners and yoga teachers.
